Business Process Transformation Manager

Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Business Process Transformation Manager to join a newly established department expanding and enhancing our service offering for our clients. In this role you will greatly influence the success of this new client-focused department contributing to the strategy, client engagement plan and methodologies used.

As a key part of the department leadership team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, process designs and change management initiatives across business units. From identifying the opportunities through to recommendations and implementation, you will be working closely with our clients to shape and drive a portfolio of improvement and change projects to completion.

You will be able to establish strong relationships with clients using excellent communication skills to identify business problems while you professionally represent the department and build trust across the global client base.

You will be pragmatic in your approach, utilizing your suite of process improvement tools to create solutions for key initiatives and transformation programmes. You will need to thrive in a matrix environment and be adept at working with a range of stakeholders at varying levels.

Role will be responsible for recruitment and people management of a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives for global clients, including defining objectives, establishing milestones, managing risks and issues, and ensuring on-time, value-focused delivery.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and execute process transformation projects that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive process assessments, using data-driven analysis to evaluate current workflows, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted improvements. Define and track KPIs to measure impact and sustain performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and solutions to address operational challenges and enhance process efficiency.
  • Apply and promote structured change-management methodologies, enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across impacted teams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality and data-quality frameworks, ensuring consistent process controls, governance, and continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
  • Provide advisory expertise to global projects, offering insights, solution options, and best practices, and when required, leading the implementation of process-related solutions.
  • Produce high-quality process documentation, including workflows, standards, and best-practice guidelines that support process consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative, high-quality, and methodology-aligned culture. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to build team capability and performance. Oversee outputs to ensure quality, encouraging peer reviews for shared learning opportunities.
  • Support BPT Leadership team on high complexity work as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Transformation, Process Improvement and Change Management projects
  • Relevant certifications in process improvement and change management
  • Solid understanding of process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate with people at all levels in an organization
  • Able to lead, develop and motivate a team to success
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Able to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking
  • Self-motivated and able to juggle priorities
  • Client Relationship Management – ability to build, establish and maintain positive customer relations
  • Able to articulate and present solutions and recommendation with influence
  • Willingness to travel
